My exercise and medication qualification has allowed me to work in various mental health hospitals in Essex.<br />
Exercise is a great mood stabilizer and has helped in the management of client’s energy and balance.<br />
Once the client has been moved back into the community they need support and encouragement to bring their life back into some form of structure and order.<br />
For client’s who are stable and who’s doctor agrees, I offer half hour exercise sessions.<br />
Client must be accompanied.</p>

<p>The consultation is your first hurdle to over come. Picking pick up the phone and speaking to a personal trainer can be nerve racking.<br />
However, once you have done that the rest will flow.<br />
The voice on the phone can tell you a lot about a person. Are you put at ease straight away?<br />
Is there an immediate connection?<br />
Hopefully the voice will be warm, friendly and understanding.<br />
The consultation is a mutual time that is convenient to both parties, whereby a discussion about your health, your requirements and concerns are expressed and uncovered.<br />
It usually takes about one hour depending on what health issues (if any) are involved.</p>
<p>Here at Personal Trainer Essex our time is chargeable.<br />
Personal Trainer Essex will take this opportunity to inform you of what will be expected of you as a client and how the process and arrangement moves forward.</p>
